Shouji Tokairin, Natsumi’s sweetheart. This cel belongs to his first appearance in “You’re under arrest”, when he’s ready to go and rescue with Natsumi’s help the chief of the police station that was caught on top of the Tokyo Tower. I really like Tokairin and Natsumi together and I wish I could have a cel of them together. This is the first cel I’ve actually seen of him, are there others around?
